WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT?

In addition to the base salary, which is guaranteed by your employment contract, each employee may receive additional funds, depending on the fulfilment of certain conditions:

bonus, which is awarded on the basis of your position at the University, in accordance with the Jagiellonian University Staff Salary Regulations;

seniority bonus, which depends on your experience at the University;

additional annual remuneration (13th salary), which is awarded in line with conditions set out in the external regulations;

awards, which are provided in accordance with the Jagiellonian University Staff Salary Regulations.
